For me Vitan Estates is home. I have been living here since September 2016. It is the place where I changed my mind about the concept of rent or tenant in Romania. It's possible in our country too! I will continue to live here because I feel safe! I am a student from Italy, far away from home, and of all the accommodation options, for me this residential complex is definitely the best choice in Bucharest. The building is brand new and super modern with all the comforts. The apartments have a very "cool" and beautiful style. It is located in a strategic, very quiet area (the quiet of the evening makes you think you are not really in the city), just a few steps from the metro entrance and only two stops from the Old Town. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. They always help at any time and are generous and friendly. I love this place, I hope it will be my home until the end of my studies.
