Because we built modern buildings, we focused on energy efficiency to keep maintenance costs as low as possible. You pay exactly what you consume, as all apartments have individual meters for water, gas and electricity, state-of-the-art, efficient central heating and air conditioning, and the costs are directly proportional to each apartment's consumption.

In addition, because our concern for future generations is constant, #WeRent Bucharest does its utmost to align itself with the European directives in force in terms of sustainability.

Separate collection waste management is also an obligation in #WeRent buildings. We also recommend through recurring internal communications to all our residents that in their own premises they take seemingly small but high impact actions in the short term.

What we can do in our own premises to make resources more efficient

Remove the chargers from the sockets when the products are charged.
disconnect laptops from charging sources when the battery reaches 100%.
set TVs to sleep mode to avoid falling asleep with them on.
to keep the lights on only in the room where we're staying.
if you're replacing an appliance in your home, choose a new one with high energy efficiency - most will now have EU labels with energy ratings from A to G, where A is the most efficient.
a compacted compost bin can work wonders. Food scraps quickly turn into fertilizer for your plants.
