Kim, the president of We Rent Communities and co-founder of Vitan Estates, leads the first residential complex in Bucharest dedicated exclusively to renting, based on an American concept. Kim oversees a team of property management professionals and is responsible for the direction, vision, growth, and performance of the #WeRent platform. Maintaining the highest standards of customer service is a core value of the company, and Kim continuously ensures this standard is met. Responding to the needs of our residents is important, but even more so is being proactive and exceeding their expectations.
Kim holds a Master’s in Management from Lasell College and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Georgetown University in the United States of America. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling around the world or sailing with her husband.
Violeta is the Executive Director of #WeRent Bucharest, Always active and with solutions for any situation, Violeta is the ideal person to ensure the company’s top standards and to ensure the continuous growth of the business. With her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, she ensures the company’s standards are upheld and facilitates its continuous growth. Our residents know they can always rely on her, given the communication skills Violeta has. She has over 20 years of experience in business strategy and organizational development. She has worked in various industries ranging from Printing Publishing to FMCG and Market Research. Violeta is someone who loves reading and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
Cristina joined the WE RENT COMMUNITIES team as Rental Manager, after having left the field to which she dedicated a good part of her life. She fell in love with the concept developed by our company and, like any love discovered in adulthood, Cristina devotes all her attention, experience, and dedication to her job. Focused on maintaining positive and productive relationships with tenants, for her every day is full of challenges and unique moments. Cristina loves spending time with her family, a good book, or lifelong friends.
Antoaneta is the Maintenance Manager of #WeRent Bucharest, and her main focus is to maintain positive and productive relationships with the residents. She is a graduate of the Marketing Faculty and has over 20 years of experience in tourism, aviation, leisure wellness both in Romania and abroad. She loves to travel, and whenever possible, she is accompanied by her dog, Sasha.
Andreea coordinates the Post-Rental activities of #WeRent Bucharest and always seeks opportunities to improve things, faster. She has over 5 years of experience in managing teams and finding practical solutions in customer relations. she holds a master’s degree in Tourism Management and particularly enjoys traveling and blogging.
