Kim is President We Rent Bucharest and co-founder of Vitan Estates, the first residential complex dedicated exclusively to rental in Bucharest, based on an American concept. Kim leads the team of property management professionals and is responsible for the direction, vision, growth and performance of the WeRent platform. Delivering the highest standards of Customer Service is one of the company's core values, and Kim makes sure that this really happens. It's important to be responsive to our residents' needs, but even more important to be proactive and exceed their expectations.
Kim has a Master's in Management from Lasell College and a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts from Georgetown University in the USA. When she's not working, she's definitely traveling or sailing with her husband.
Violeta is Executive Director We Rent Bucharest. Always active and with solutions for any situation, Violeta is the ideal person to ensure the company's top standards and to ensure the continuous growth of the business. In addition, the fact that she has a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology is very useful for the continuation of excellent Customer Service. She has over 20 years of experience in business strategy and organizational development. She has worked in various industries from Printing & Publishing to FMCG and Market Research. Violeta is someone who loves to read and spend as much time as possible with family and friends.
Beatrice manages and oversees all financial aspects of the We Rent Bucharest. She is an ASE graduate, probably hence her love of numbers. She has a solid financial background of more than 17 years, of which more than 10 years in the construction sector. Unlike other people passionate about numbers, Beatrice is actually a very good communicator. When asked what she likes to do in her spare time, she answered honestly: aerobics/fitness, time with friends, personal development.
Cristina joined the team We Rent Bucharest, in the position of Rental Manager, after leaving the field to which she dedicated a good part of her life. She has fallen in love with the concept developed by our company and, like any love discovered in adulthood, Cristina devotes all her attention, experience and dedication to her job. Focused on maintaining positive and productive relationships with tenants, for her every day is full of challenges and unique moments. Cristina loves spending time with her family, a good book or lifelong friends.
Antoaneta is Maintenance Manager of We Rent Bucharest, and her main focus is maintaining positive and productive relationships with residents. She has a degree in Marketing and over 20 years of experience in tourism, aviation, leisure&wellness both in Romania and abroad. She loves traveling and when possible, her dog Sasha accompanies her.
Monica Anghel has joined the team We Rent Bucharest in the role of Junior Collections Coordinator, bringing a calm and solution-oriented approach. With customer service experience and a natural inclination for working with people, she contributes to maintaining effective communication with tenants.
She is currently a law student, and in her spare time she pursues her creativity through painting and music.
Ana is a Financial Assistant and part of the team We Rent Bucharest. She is a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Economic Informatics, combining her passion for technology with data analysis. She enjoys learning new things and finding ways to improve her work, always paying attention to details and open to new challenges.
