Through this website ("WE RENT") we present the business, including the history and team of WERENT BUCHAREST S.A., the properties within the portfolio and apartments, facilities and services, media representation and provide the opportunity for users to get in touch with representatives of WERENT BUCHAREST S.A.
By using the Site, you are informed that we are the first company to bring in Romania the "BUILD-TO-RENT" concept, which involves building apartments with the purpose of renting them. We have developed 4 properties with units for rent in central areas of Bucharest - Vitan Estates 1, Vitan Estates 2, Vitan Estates 3, near the Mihai Bravu metro, and Park View, near the Tineretului Park, the Children's Orășel and the Constantin Brâncoveanu metro station. We have built over 450 apartments, ready to rent. Our mission is to provide our residents with many affordable luxury options and a convenient lifestyle through top-notch service, state-of-the-art amenities and a completely dedicated and friendly customer care.

5. Applicable law
This set of "Terms and Conditions" shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.
Any other problem caused by the products and services presented on WE-RENT.RO and which is not already covered by any article in this document, will be solved amicably within 30 working days from the date of written notification of the problems by the User.
If the conflict cannot be settled amicably, the Romanian courts or an alternative dispute resolution body agreed by both parties have jurisdiction.
6. Final provisions
The operator of the WE-RENT.RO Website reserves the right to update this set of "Terms and Conditions" from time to time.
Users may not assign their rights and obligations under this set of Terms and Conditions (or any part thereof) without the written consent of the Operator. The Operator may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
This Terms and Conditions policy together with the Privacy Policy contain the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any prior written agreements or documents prior to the most recent version of the aforementioned documents.
