We Rent Communities rewrote the rules of urban living in Bucharest. In 2016, we introduced the first residential project in Romania built specifically for rental, Build-to-Rentwith Vitan Estates I - bringing international standards of comfort, convenience and community to the city. Our vision grew with Vitan Estates II in 2021 and Vitan Estates III in 2022, adding a select mix of modern apartments designed for today's lifestyles. In 2023, Park View Tineretului joined our portfolio, offering premium residences next to one of the most popular parks in Bucharest.

2016

Vitan Estates I

Romanian pioneer: the Build-to-Rent concept

Launched in 2016, Vitan Estates was the first property developed by WE RENT COMMUNITIES, marking the introduction of the concept build-to-rent in Romania. With 164 apartments for rent, located in a premium location in Bucharest, this project has laid the foundations of our vision: offering a new urban lifestyle, built around quality, comfort and long-term value.

2021

Vitan Esates II

Strengthening presence in the real estate market

In 2021, WE RENT COMMUNITIES expanded with the project Vitan Estates II, adding 156 apartments and consolidated its leading position on the residential rental market in Romania.

2022

Vitan Estates III

Third phase of the Vitan Estates project

Vitan Estates III, completed in 2022, marked the third phase of WE RENT COMMUNITIES' development, adding 55 two-bedroom apartments.

Park View Tineretului

Modern facilities and first-class service

The latest development, Park View Tineretului, completed in 2023, includes 81 rental apartments in a newly constructed building overlooking Youth Park.
